SMS Messaging Policy
Overview
Synapse Mfg operates outbound sales programs on behalf of industrial manufacturing clients. Our sales representatives contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn. SMS is used only when a prospect explicitly requests it during an active sales conversation, typically to receive requested materials such as capabilities brochures, spec sheets, or case studies.
How Prospects Opt In
Consent to receive SMS messages from Synapse Mfg is obtained through a clear, two-step verbal-plus-text confirmation process during an active sales conversation:

Prospect Request
During a phone call, email exchange, or LinkedIn conversation, a prospect explicitly requests that materials be sent via text message (e.g., "text me the brochure" or "send the spec sheet to my mobile").
Documented Consent
Our representative records the prospect's name, phone number, date, and method of consent in our internal CRM before any SMS is sent.
Confirmation Text
The prospect receives a one-time confirmation text:
Materials Sent
Only after the prospect replies YES does Synapse Mfg send the requested materials via SMS or MMS.
What Prospects Receive
SMS messages from Synapse Mfg are limited to materials a prospect has specifically requested. Examples include:
- Capabilities brochures and company overviews
- Product or equipment spec sheets
- Case studies and reference documents
- Brief follow-up notes related to materials previously sent
Messaging frequency varies based on the prospect's request and stage in the sales conversation. Synapse Mfg does not send promotional, marketing, or bulk SMS campaigns.
